Who is the President
of the Total Business Consulting Group?
Michael W. Gozzo is President and Founder.
With over 30 years of experience his involvement with
manufacturing and production includes cosmetics, food, aerospace, instrumentation, metal
cutting and consumer products. He has been on the forefront of implementing such concepts
as Bar Coding, Benchmarking, ISO 9000, Just-In-Time, MRP/MRPII, and Supplier
Certification.
Michael has an Executive Program Masters Degree from
the University of New Haven, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the
University of Connecticut.
Michael is also certified by the American Production
and Inventory Control Society (APICS), and has held positions of International Vice
President, New England Regional Vice President and Hartford Chapter President. Michael is
a member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ), National Association for Purchasing Management (NAPM), Society for
Manufacturing Engineers (SME), and International Service Quality Association (ISQA).
He has received training as an ISO Lead Assessor and
has been respectively examined.

Award.
In addition, he has been selected to Who's Who in
American Manufacturing.
He is a frequent lecturer for the conferences of
professional groups and for AMA
and ASTD, and for
numerous universities and colleges throughout the United States, Europe and Canada. His
presentations cover a broad range of topics from Management to Development of Information
Systems Requirements.
He has traveled and worked extensively in Canada,
England, Hong Kong, Ireland, Scotland, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Indonesia, and Taiwan. |
